Follow along as we criss-cross the US in our renovated Fifth-Wheel RV. We plan to visit numerous Gelato, Ice Cream and Custard shops across the country as well as see all sorts of interesting attractions in at least 12 states. The fun starts now as we finish up the remodeling on the RV.
Our Fifth-Wheel is a 2008 Keystone Copper Canyon that we have owned for a couple years. It measures 34 feet and has a couple bedrooms with a den, kitchen and bathroom. Although the interior is very good shape, it is typical of RV's from that time and features OODLES of brown, heavy upholstery and lots of wallpaper. It needs some updating. The exterior is also in good shape, but needs a little sprucing up, too.
We plan to do a top to bottom reno with new furniture, paint, floors and window treatments. The color scheme will be white and grey and will include white cabinets and walls and grey wood flooring in each room. We will also install all new puck lighting.

We will be sourcing a lot of the items locally, but will also use Amazon and Ikea for some of the furniture and decorating items. We can't wait to see it come together!
From Kentucky to San Francisco and back again, we can't wait to hit the open road in search of lots of sweet desserts and even more sweet memories!
