Spotz Gelato brings vintage gelato trucks, bikes and mini-bars to weddings, parties, corporate events and festivals across Kentucky. Service starts at $600 for up to 100 guests.

- Gelato service for up to 100 guests

- One hour of serving time
- Travel within 60 miles round trip of our kitchen in Georgetown, KY
 
Add-ons
- Each guest over 100: $2.50
- Each additional hour: $100
- Each mile over 60 miles round trip: $1.50
 
An example
A wedding with 150 guests, two hours of service and a venue 40 miles from Georgetown comes to $855. That is the $600 minimum, plus $125 for 50 extra guests, $100 for the second hour and $30 for 20 extra miles.

Questions and Answers

How much does a Spotz Gelato truck cost?
Service starts at $600. That covers four flavors for up to 100 guests for one hour, within 60 miles round trip of Georgetown, KY.

How far ahead should I book?
Last-minute bookings are accepted if we are available, but if your date is a popular one, please book early. We are already booking for next year.

How far will you travel?
We travel all over Kentucky and even Ohio and Indiana. The first 60 miles round trip from Georgetown are included, and each mile after that is $1.50.

How many guests can you serve?
We have served events from 2 to 2,000 guests. Guests over 100 are $2.50 each.

Can you serve indoors?
Yes. The Spotz Bicycle, Wagon and Mini-Bar all work indoors, and Pearlie the mini-truck sets up indoors or out.

Does it cost more for a bike or mini-bar than a truck?
No. The price is the same for a truck, Bicycle, Wagon or Mini-Bar.

Can we pick a specific truck?
We try to honor equipment requests, but a specific piece is guaranteed only when you book Pearlie or Sylvia. Pearlie starts at $795 and Sylvia, who serves milkshakes only, starts at $950.

How many flavors do we get, and when do we choose?
You choose four. We send our flavor form about 120 days before your event.

What do you need at the venue?
One dedicated 20-amp plug within 50 feet. Trucks need about 25 feet of level space, and our smaller equipment needs about an 8-foot square. A generator is available for an added cost.

Can we add more serving time?
Yes. Each additional hour is $100. Please add it when you book so we can plan for it.

Do you have dairy-free options, and what about nut allergies?
All of our sorbets are dairy-free, and most are vegan, but not all. Our kitchen handles peanuts and tree nuts, so cross-contact is possible.

Is there a deposit, and what is your cancellation policy?
Every booking includes a 25% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel, or need to reschedule and we are not available for your new date, refunds work this way:
- 180 days or more before the event: anything you have paid beyond the deposit is returned in full.
- 90 to 179 days before the event: we keep 50% of anything paid beyond the deposit.
- 0 to 89 days before the event: all payments are kept by Spotz.
